Hi all!

Need some help regarding the signaling part.......

I have already downloaded the indian object's pack......calling signal experts to help me put Indian Signals  on my Delhi-Mughalsarai Section.

Farhan....you were mentioning about IR CL3 signals by Sreejith.....where do I get them? What do I need to do with the existing sigcfg.dat and sigscr.dat files?

Waiting eagerly for a reply!

hiiiiiii shantanu......sorry for late reply..actually for installing indian signals in ur route u need to install signal pack designed by sreejath..u type only "indian" in "search for text" option in train-sim.com....u will get the file..after downloading..u cpy and paste "shape" file to ur "shape" folder..and "texture" file to ur "texture" folder..and then replece both "sigcfg" and sigscr" files to ur exsisting files in ur route..but remember..before doing this u must delete all exisiting signals from ur route...u can read "colour signals and overtaking" word file in signal pack,so u can get an idea, which signal is to be use for which purpose...all the best dear..its easy..go ahead..if u still have any prb..feel free to email me at..cool_heart2@rediffmail.com...bye

Thanks!

Well I have already downloaded the same and have installed the signals. One problem I am having regarindg workiung of the signals is that when I put in the Indian 3rd signal 4X and connect it to a link ahead, the signal shows Red and Green together if the main line is clear and the train is not supposed to take the loop. The siganl works fine and shows double yellow when the train is supposed to take the loop. am trying to reach Sreejith on the mail but somehow today the mail is not working properly!

However till I get a resolution for the same, I am moving ahead with putting sounds for the route.

Thanks,
Shantanu

Thanks to all....I havr sorted out the signalling issues and have successfully tested one activity in which my passenger is stopped beyond its scheduled stoppage time at Wair only to let Rajdhani to pass by the adjacent main line at a high speed Smiley. Really awesome...would like to thank Sreejith for the crack pot signalling logic he has come up with Smiley

You are welcome... At this time, i am studying about the Rail Simulator Color Signals. When comparing with MSTS, the RS signals much more complicated. But i think i can do it in my way.
